* Click on the "BROWSE" or "Chose File" button.
A dialog box will appear.

1. Use the "Look in" drop down to navigate in finding the folder where you keep your files.
2. Window users, change the type of files to:
All Files (*.*).
3. Select the File to be up loaded.
4. Click on the OPEN button.
* Click on the "Send File" button.
* Click on the "Continue" button when the Success Screen appears, thereafter a list of uploaded files will appear.

* Enter the Retrieval Code :
* Click on the File to be downloaded.
* The file is down loaded to the location on your hard disk that you have set as the default in your browser.
